Provided is an oil or fat composition rich in diacylglycerol, including a high content of oleic acid in a constituent fatty acid thereof and having a good appearance at normal temperature. Specifically, the oil or fat composition satisfies the following items (1) to (4): (1) the oil or fat composition includes diacylglycerol in an amount of 20 mass % or more； (2) constituent fatty acids of the diacylglycerol include oleic acid in an amount of 30 mass % or more； (3) the mass ratio of the content of (B) 1,3-dipalmitin diacylglycerol to the content of (A) 1,2-dipalmitin diacylglycerol, [(B)/(A)], in the diacylglycerol is 1.45 or less； and (4) the mass ratio of the content of (D) 1,3-diacylglycerol to the content of (C) 1,2-diacylglycerol, [(D)/(C)], in the diacylglycerol is 1.2 or more.본 발명은 구성 지방산중의 올레산을 고함유량으로 포함하고, 또한 상온에서 양호한 외관을 가지는, 디아실글리세롤이 풍부한 유지 조성물을 제공한다. 구체적으로, 상기 유지 조성물은 하기의 항목 (1) 내지 (4) 를 만족한다:(1) 유지 조성물이 디아실글리세롤을 20 질량% 이상의 양으로 포함함；(2) 디아실글리세롤을 구성하는 지방산이 올레산을 30 질량% 이상의 양으로 포함함；(3) 디아실글리세롤중의 (B) 1,3-디팔미틴 디아실글리세롤의 함유량과 (A) 1,2-디팔미틴 디아실글리세롤의 함유량의 질량비 [(B)/(A)] 가 1.45 이하임； 및(4) 디아실글리세롤중의 (D) 1,3-디아실글리세롤의 함유량과 (C) 1,2-디아실글리세롤의 함유량의 질량비 [(D)/(C)] 가 1.2 이상임.
