PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition that exhibits good unstickiness and operability of the hair after applied and has excellent setting power.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition comprises at least candelilla wax and a branched acyllactic acid salt.
