The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to the production of an injectable form of a preparation for treating arthrological and rheumatic diseases. The present method consists in that during production of an injectable form, the ingredients thereof are dissolved consecutively in a single reactor. Water for injection having a temperature of (25±5)°С is loaded into a pre-prepared reactor. Sterile nitrogen is bubbled through the water (the remainder of the process is carried out with a nitrogen solution being continuously bubbled through). Sodium chondroitin sulphate is loaded batchwise into the reactor and mixed until it has completely dissolved. Benzyl alcohol is added and mixed, and the pH of the resulting solution is set at a value of up to 6.0-7.5 using 1 M sodium hydroxide solution. The solution is mixed, brought to target volume using water for injection, sterilely filtered, and dispensed into ampoules of 1 or 2 ml, which are then sealed. The technical result is that of eliminating multiple intermediate dissolving operations and sterilizing filtration operations, without detriment to the quality of the preparation.Linvention concerne le domaine de la médecine humaine et de la production dune forme pour injections dun agent destiné au traitement des troubles arthrologiques. Le procédé consiste à obtenir une forme pharmaceutique à injecter, à dissoudre un de ses composants de façon séquentielle dans un réacteur. On charge dans un réacteur préalablement préparé de leau pour injection à une température de (25÷5) °C leau est soumise au barbotage avec de lazote stérile (après, le processus est mis en œuvre pendant un barbotage continu de la solution avec de lazote). On charge dans le réacteur, portion après portion, du sulfate de sodium de chondroïtine et on remue jusquà la dissolution complète.
