The invention relates to a method of preparation of a nitrogen-sulphur granulated fertilizer made of ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate and/or ammonium aluminium sulphate and/or aluminium sulphate, sulphuric acid and ammonia, when a slurry is first formed from the said components and then granulated directly and/or after concentration together with the recycle and other inorganic components at a temperature of 70 to 130°C. In a continuous reactor with forced mixing of 1.5 to 25 kW/m, a slurry is prepared with a pH at the reactor outlet of 6.1 to 7.5 and a ratio of ammonium nitrate to ammonium sulphate at the outlet of the reactor of 1.1 to 1.75. A device comprising a mixing tank (1), to which a reactor (2), behind which a thickener (6) is located, is connected, wherein the reactor (2) is provided with a propeller and/or turbine stirrer, serves for the said method.
