A cake icing device comprising a stationary circular base designed to support a cake covered with icing a support arm detachably attached to the circular base and terminates at a center point above the cake a center pivot member designed to operationally engage the support arm a horizontal icing member designed to engage the center pivot member and to rotate radially above the cake and a vertical icing member detachably attached to the horizontal icing member being designed to circle the cake. The user moves the horizontal icing member and the vertical icing member about the cake to engage the cake icing in order to smooth or add decorative features to the cake icing.
