PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid feed pump that can feed a fluid with high efficiency even when driven with a period shorter than a time constant τ determined by the product of compliance of a pump chamber and channel resistance from an inlet of an outlet channel to an outlet of a fluid channel, a fluid circulation device, and medical equipment.SOLUTION: The fluid feed pump includes: the pump chamber 102 the outlet channel 116 which makes the fluid flow out toward the fluid channel 122 from the pump chamber 102 an outlet-side buffer chamber 118 which is provided between the outlet channel 116 and the fluid channel 122 and which has compliance greater than the compliance of the pump chamber 102 an inlet channel 114 which supplies the fluid to the pump chamber 102 and a check valve 110 which is provided between the inlet channel 114 and the pump chamber 102.
