The present invention relates to a method for preparing liquid and solid feed by processing food waste, and to an apparatus therefor, and more preferably, to a method for efficiently processing the food waste and preparing dry and liquid simple feed by collecting food residue emitted from homes, restaurants, and group feeding centers to remove foreign matters mixed with food, and providing the feed in a dry or liquid form, and to an apparatus therefor.
