The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing liquid and solid feed by processing food waste and to an apparatus for the same. More desirably, the present invention relates to a method for processing the food waste efficiently by providing feed in dried and liquefied forms and at the same time manufacturing a dried or liquefied single ingredient feed after removing foreign materials mixed in food by collecting food waste discharged from households, restaurants or institutional food services, etc. and to an apparatus for the same. The method and the apparatus according to the present invention can minimize wastewater generation and reduce the cost. In addition, a desorption cake can be entirely digested to be reused environmentally and bed smells can be reduced by using an automatic equipment system, and leachate generation can be minimized so that the dried and liquefied single ingredient feed at low cost.본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하여 액상 및 고형 사료를 제조하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 가정이나 음식점 및 단체급식소 등에서 배출되는 음식물찌꺼기를 수거하여 음식물에 혼합된 이물질을 제거한 후, 사료를 건식 및 액상의 형태로 제공함으로써 음식물 쓰레기를 효율적으로 처리함과 동시에 건식 및 액상의 단미 사료를 제조하기 위한 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법 및 장치에 의하면 폐수의 발생을 최소화하고, 경비를 절감시킬 수 있으며 또한 탈리 케익을 전량 소화시킴으로써 친환경적으로 재활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자동화 설비시스템으로 악취를 저감시키고, 침출수의 발생을 최소화하여 저렴한 비용으로도 건식 및 액상의 단미 사료를 생산할 수 있다.
