A method for preparing an extract of Sacchromyces cerevisiae is provided to obtain the extract where the collagen generation promoting and fibroblast proliferation promoting function of Sacchromyces cerevisiae are enhanced, thereby being used for preparing a cosmetic composition having wrinkle improving effect. The method comprises the steps of: (a) culturing Sacchromyces cerevisiae in a yeast culture medium where hydrolyzed silk is added with applying temperature and UV stresses thereto； and (b) autolyzing the cultured Sacchromyces cerevisiae to obtain the extract of Sacchromyces cerevisiae.
