CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an oriental medicinal cosmetic composition containing Stachys sieboldii Miq. extract comprises: a step of mixing 100 weight parts of Stachys sieboldii Miq., 250-350 weight parts of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximowicz roots, 250-350 weight parts of ginseng, and 250-350 weight parts of deer antler to prepare a mixture； a step of adding 350-450 weight parts of water to 100 weight parts of mixture and performing hot water extraction for 2-3 hours to prepare extract； and a step of filtering and removing solid. The mixture additionally contains Schizandrae Fructus, Corni Fructus, Asparagus cochinchinensis, Moutan Cortex Radicis or Scutellariae Radix.본 발명은 초석잠(草石蠶)을 포함하는 한방재료로부터 열수추출물을 추출하여 화장료에 적용함으로써, 인공화합물에 의한 피부 부작용을 방지하면서 피부 주름 개선에 효과를 발휘하는 한방화장료 조성물 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 한방화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 초석잠 추출물을 함유하는 주름개선용 한방화장료 조성물은 피부의 노화방지 및 피부 주름개선에 효과가 있으며, 오염된 토양에 존재하는 중금속이 초석잠을 통하여 피부에 흡수되는 것을 방지하고, 또한 인체에 피부자극과 알레르기 반응을 유발할 수 있는 화학방부제를 사용하지 않고도 화장료의 장기 보관을 가능하게 하여 초석잠 추출물이 함유된 화장료의 상품성을 높일 수 있다.
