PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam irradiation nozzle which hardly generates a crack of a chamber and can move the particle beam at high speed.SOLUTION: In the particle beam irradiation nozzle including: a scanning electromagnet scanning in a direction vertical to a traveling direction of the particle beam and a beam transporting chamber surrounded by the scanning electromagnet for passing the particle beam through inside.
