The present invention relates to a compactor for producing bamboo salt. The compactor for producing bamboo salt according to the present invention is formed on a rectangular parallelepiped frame and has a cylinder-shaped structure into which a bamboo container with solar salt can be inserted. The compactor comprises: a vibration compacting plate which has a large plate-shaped structure and is installed inside the frame under the movement guide cylinders to support a bottom portion of the bamboo container inserted into the movement guide cylinders, in a direction parallel to a plurality of movement guide cylinders installed on the top surface of the frame so that the bamboo container can vibrate vertically a base plate which is installed under the vibration compacting plate to support the same an elastic member which is fixed at the lower surface of the vibration compacting plate and the upper surface of the base plate to provide elastic force to vibrate the vibration compacting plate and vibration guide cylinders which are extended in a hollow shape from the upper plate of the base plate to guide the elastic movement of the elastic member vertically.
