PURPOSE: A producing method of yellow soil-bamboo salt is provided to offer the salt without foreign materials and the bitter taste, including the massive amount of yellow soil and bamboo components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-bamboo salt comprises the following steps: spraying bamboo boiled water to bay salt to remove the bitter taste of the bay salt； inserting the bay salt into a yellow soil container, and roasting for 7~8hours at 600~800deg C； firstly spraying the bamboo boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-bamboo les salt； and secondly spraying the bamboo boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-bamboo salt, and drying inside the yellow soil container.본 발명은 황토와 대나무성분이 함유된 황토대나무소금 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 천일염이 일련의 단계를 차례로 거치면서 황토와 대나무성분이 함유되게 하여 인체에 유익한 황토대나무소금을 얻음과 동시에 간수처리되어 자극성이 있는 쓴맛과 이물질이 제거된 고품격 황토대나무소금을 소비자에게 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 천일염을 황토용기에 담은후, 가마에서 600～800℃의 온도로 7～8시간 가열하여 쓴맛인 간수를 제거하고, 상기 천일염에 대나무 달인 물 20중량％ ～ 30중량％를 분사 흡수시킨 다음 55～60℃의 온도로 건조하여 대나무성분이 천일염에 함유되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것에 특징이 있다.
