The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for application to skin, which contains: a stretch fabric, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the stretch fabric, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains: an acrylic copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture including an alkyl (meth)acrylate of from 40 to 80% by weight, an alkoxy (meth)acrylate of from 10 to 50% by weight and a (meth)acrylic acid of from 1 to 10% by weight； a long-chain fatty acid glycerin ester in an amount of from 20 to 100 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic copolymer, and a crosslinking agent, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being crosslinked with the crosslinking agent； and also provides a process for producing the tape or sheet.本發明提供一種施用於皮膚之壓感膠帶或黏膠片，其包含：拉伸織物，及提供於該拉伸織物一表面上之壓感黏著層，其中該壓感黏著層包含：由下列各者獲得之丙烯酸系共聚物：包括40至80重量%之(甲基)丙烯酸烷酯、10至50重量%之烷氧基(甲基)丙烯酸酯及1至10重量%之(甲基)丙烯酸之單體混合物；相對100重量份丙烯酸系共聚物，量為20至100重量份之長鏈脂肪酸甘油酯，及交聯劑，其中該壓感黏著層係與交聯劑交聯；且本發明亦提供一種製造該膠帶或黏膠片之方法。
