The present invention provides a dressing, comprising an inner layer and an outer layer wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are aligned with trimming at one side of edge. The inner layer comprises hydrogel and meltblown nonwoven, and the outer layer comprises polyurethane film and pressure sensitive adhesive film. The dressing increases watertight closure.
