PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive having higher adhesive force while minimizing damage and pain on the skin at the time of removal. A silicone pressure sensitive adhesive of one embodiment comprises a reaction product of a composition comprising a linear organopolysiloxane containing silanol end groups, a non-functional linear organopolysiloxane, and a silicate resin. The kinematic viscosity of the polymerizable linear organopolysiloxane is 100,000 mm2/sec or more at 25°C.
