PURPOSE: A water-soluble silicate compound powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to soften skin due to fatigue recovery and skin-moisture effect by aiding and performing the cell activation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water-soluble silicate compound powder comprises the following steps. The quartz, tourmaline, and talc are pulverized and mixed with sodium carbonate(Na2CO3). The pulverized compound is maintained at a melting furnace with 1,650 degree Celsius for 24 hour to compose silicate mixed melted compound. The residues floating on the top of the silicate compound are removed. The silicate compound with removed residue is cooled at a room temperature for 12 hours. The cooled silicate compound is pulverized to manufacture the silicate compound powder.본 발명은 고순도의 규석과 전기석, 활석을 분쇄 혼합하여 고온에서 용융시켜 불순물을 제거한 후 상온에서 식혀서 수용성 규산염 혼합분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 규석, 전기석, 활석을 각각 분쇄한 후 무수탄산나트륨(Na2CO3)과 섞어 분쇄 혼합물을 조성하고, 상기 분쇄 혼합물을 용융로에서 1650℃로 24시간 동안 유지하여 규산염 혼합 용융물을 조성한 후 상기 규산염 혼합 용융물 위에 떠있는 상층부 찌꺼기를 제거하고, 상기 상층부 찌꺼기가 제거된 규산염 혼합 용융물을 12시간동안 상온에서 냉각한 후 상기 냉각된 규산염 혼합 용융물을 분쇄하여 제조된 본 발명에 따른 수용성 규산염 분말은 규소(Si) 성분의 살균효과와 원적외선 발생으로 노화방지 및 피부질환 살균, 세포활성화에 도움을 주고 세포 활성화로 인한 피로회복과 피부 보습효과로 피부가 부드러워지며 화장을 안해도 부드러움을 유지할 수 있는 화장수 등으로 사용될 수 있다.
