PURPOSE: A composition containing agarum cribrosum, and a producing method thereof are provided to minimize the damage on nutrients and antioxidant components in the agarum cribrosum. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composition containing agarum cribrosum comprises the following steps: collecting the agarum cribrosum and sea tangle, and washing； extracting the agarum cribrosum and sea tangle with a solvent before drying with 20-25 deg C air； crushing the dried agarum cribrosum and sea tangle into 150-250 meshes； mixing 100 parts of agarum cribrosum powder by weight with 130-170 parts of sea tangle powder by weight； and adding the mixture into radish juice before aging at 25-35 deg C for 10-15 hours, and filtering the composition before drying at 35-45 deg C for 10-15 hours.본 발명은 구멍쇠미역을 가공하는 과정에서 유용성분 및 항산화성분의 파괴를 최소화하기 위하여, 고온가열과정을 거치지 않고 간단한 공정을 통하여 구멍쇠미역을 함유하는 조성물을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 조성물은 고온가열과정을 거치지 않고 간단한 공정을 통하여 제조되므로 구멍쇠미역에 함유된 영양성분 및 항산화 성분의 파괴가 최소화되며, 혼합되는 다시마가 구멍쇠미역의 맛을 보완하여 주므로 조성물의 기호도가 향상되고, 또한 분말형태로 수득되므로 이용이 편리하고 장기보관이 가능하며, 무즙이 첨가됨으로써 조성물에 잔존하는 이미ㆍ이취가 제거되고 중금속이 법제되어 인체에 독소로 작용하는 것이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
