PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant free oil-in-water type emulsified composition excellent in temporal stability, skin safety, use feeling, having wide using feeling, and capable of satisfying the aspiration to safety and effect expecting feeling to a skin of a consumer and a cosmetic comprising the oil-in-water type emulsified composition.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified in composition substantially free from any type of surfactants comprises (a) an oil phase component, (b) a water phase component which contains 50 to 80 wt.% of a water soluble component, in which the water soluble component is selected from one kind or two kinds or more of sugar, sugar derivative (excluding polyphenol glycoside), sugar alcohol, sugar alcohol derivative, betaine, the water soluble component is 60 wt.% or more of the whole water soluble component, (C) an emulsifiable component (emulsifier) selected from one kind or two kinds or more of polyphenol and/or polyphenol glycoside, and substantially not contains or any type of surfactants, and the cosmetic is obtained by diluting the oil-in-water type emulsified composition with (d) diluting aqueous liquid comprising water and water soluble component and/or water dispersible component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】経時安定性、皮膚安全性、使用感触に優れ、幅広い使用感触を有し、消費者の安全性志向や肌への効果期待感を満足させ得る界面活性剤フリーの水中油型乳化組成物およびその水中油型乳化組成物からなる化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(a)油相成分、(b)水溶性成分を50~80重量%含み、水溶性成分が糖、糖誘導体(ポリフェノール配糖体を除く)、糖アルコール、糖アルコール誘導体、ベタインの1種または2種以上から選択され、且つ、前記水溶性成分が水溶性成分全体の60重量%以上である水相成分、(c)ポリフェノールおよび/またはポリフェノール配糖体の1種または2種以上から選択される乳化能成分(乳化剤)からなる、あらゆるタイプの界面活性剤を実質的に含まない水中油型乳化組成物およびこの水中油型乳化組成物を水と水溶性成分および/または水分散性成分からなる(d)希釈水性液で希釈することによって得られる化粧料。
