The culture medium supply apparatus generates a mixed culture medium which satisfies the preset pH by controlling at least one operation of the recovery unit, the nutrient solution unit, the water supply unit, and the mixing unit based on the condition information of a waste culture medium that is recovered in the recovery unit.
