PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green production method which retains an excellent property in water resistance, durability, elasticity and secondary workability of a culture medium base material for plants by pH value adjustment being friendly to natural environment, corresponds to vegetation on a horizontal, vertical or slant surface, suppresses high facility investment, uses relatively simple devices, and is able to mass-produce with a normal temperature operation and an agitation mixing technology, achieving various effects. SOLUTION: The culture medium base material and the production method of the same blend and mix, in medium culture, water retaining materials such as vegetable carbide granules, clay-system mineral granules and wooden chip materials, and adjust pH values.
