CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health beverage composition comprises the following steps: steaming 3kg of Sarcodon aspratus, 2kg of mulberry leaves, 0.5kg of wild cultivated ginseng, 0.5kg of Hovenia dulcis fruit, and 0.5kg of Ganoderma lucidum at 100-150 deg. C for 5 minutes; drying the steamed mixture at 55 deg. C for 6 hours; heating the dried mixture in 30L of purified water at 100 deg. C for 5 hours, and filtering the heated mixture; and packaging the filtrate in a container.본 발명은 능이버섯 3kg, 뽕잎 2kg, 장뇌삼 0.5kg, 헛개나무열매 0.5kg, 영지버섯 0.5kg으로 조성된 건강음료의 제조방법 및 건강음료조성물에 관한 것이다.
