PURPOSE: A health beverage composition using sarcodon aspratus and hovenia dulcis is provided to secure the excellent fatigue and adult diseases prevention effect. CONSTITUTION: A health beverage composition using sarcodon aspratus and hovenia dulcis is produced by the following steps: mixing 400g of washed and dried sarcodon aspratus, 200g of cut hovenia dulcis, 200g of orostachys japonicas, 200g of gastrodia elata, and 100g of jujube with 25L of water, and heating the mixture for 4hours at 180deg C: secondly heating the obtained extract at 100deg C for 2hours； and retort vacuum-packing the obtained extract after boiling and sterilizing.본 발명은 능이버섯 400g, 와송200g, 천마200g, 헛개나무 200g, 대추 100g, 및 물로 조성된 건강음료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
