CONSTITUTION: A kneader for half-moon-shaped rice cake(songpyeon) comprises the following: a first grinder(40) for grinding rice soaked in water； a first mixer(50) mixing the ground rice powder with additives for offering taste and flavor； a second mixer(60) receiving a discharging unit(51) of the first mixer, and mixing the mixed rice powder； a two-stage grinder(70) secondly grinding the mixed rice powder before supplying to a kneading unit(80)； a dehydrator(90) dehydrating the rice soaked in water from the end of a transfer tube(31) supplying the rice from a soaking container(30)； and a discharging groove(61) formed on the lower side of the second mixer.본 발명은 송편 반죽기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 세척된 쌀을 불려 1단 분쇄기에서 분쇄한 쌀가루와 소금, 설탕, 모시가루 등의 혼합물을 1차 혼합기와 2차 혼합기에서 연속성을 가지면서 혼합한 후, 2단 분쇄기로 공급하여 반죽기에서 반죽할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 그 구성은 송편 반죽기에 있어서, 불린 쌀을 1단 분쇄기(40)에서 분쇄하여 분쇄된 쌀가루와 맛과 색을 내기 위한 혼합물을 혼합하여 하부의 배출수단(51)을 통해 배출하는 반원형상의 1차 혼합기(50)와, 상기 1차 혼합기(50)의 배출수단(51)을 상부에 삽입되게 형성하고 1차 혼합기(50)에서 혼합된 쌀가루를 재차 혼합하기 위한 반원형상의 2차 혼합기(60)와, 상기 2차 혼합기(60)에서 혼합된 쌀가루를 반죽기(80)에서 반죽할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
