The present invention relates to a whole body exercise device for strengthening muscular strength comprises: a plate (10) which is combined with an upper rail frame (1) to move； one or more ropes (20) of which the length can be regulated, and which are combined with the plate (10)； a sling (30) which is fixed to the bottom end of the ropes (20)； a seat unit (40) which is combined with the lower rail frame (3), placed on the bottom in order to face the upper rail frame (1), to move forwards or backwards on the lower rail frame (3)； an image provision unit (50) which provides a user with materials related to rehabilitation in an audiovisual way； and a sound wave vibration module (100) which is detachably combined with the sling (30). In addition, the image provision unit (50) comprises: an image display unit (51) which audiovisually displays various information including videos related to rehabilitation exercise of the user； and an image acquisition unit (52) which is fixed to the image display unit (51).
