PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen food convenient and excellent in palate feeling and flavor, in particular, used as frozen ingredients for boiled rice with tea, pickles, ingredients for a rice ball, and ingredients for soup.SOLUTION: The frozen food comprises a food of aggregated ingredients at least either one of length, width or height of which is &le1 cm and the remaining two sizes of which are &le4 cm, wherein the salt content of the total ingredients is 5-10 wet wt.%, the weight of the total ingredients is 5-30 g, and 0.3-1.5% of a thickening component is added to the total weight of the ingredients and the mixture is integrally frozen.
