PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous sintering aggregate for wastewater odor removing and the porous sintering aggregate are provided to remove bad odor of foul water for a long term without maintenance by integrating the bad odor of foul water after removing the same in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous sintering aggregate(10) for removing foul water bad odor comprises the following steps: forming mixtures(20) by mixing zeolite, loess, bentonite, wood dust, and diatomite； and manufacturing the mixture into the porous sintering aggregate by sintering a molded body with a desired size and forming at 700-1200 deg. Celsius for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. The component ratio of the mixture comprises 50-60 parts by weight of loess, 7-10 parts by weight of bentonite, 7-10 parts by weight of zeolite, 7-10 parts by weight of diatomite, and 7-10 parts by weight of wood dust.본 발명은 황토와 벤토나이트와 지오라이트와 규조토와목분을 혼합되어 일정한 크기로 형성된 성형물을 소성시켜 다수의 미세기공을 갖는 다공성 소결골재로 형성하고 그 내부에 로도박터 및 로도슈도모나스와, 바실러스 서브티러스의 농축배양액이 함유되고, 그 외부에 알긴산코팅층을 형성하여 악취가 발생되는 하폐수에 넣어 알긴산코팅층이 팽창되어 이와 동시에 팽창되는 다공성 소결골재의 미세공은 로도박터 및 로도슈도모나스와, 바실러스 서브티러스의 농축배양액이 외부로 유출되어 하폐수의 악취를 단시간내에 제거한 후 다시 집적되어 장기간에 걸쳐 유지관리 없이 악취를 제거하고 하폐수의 수질을 정화하도록 한 하폐수악취제거용 다공성 소결골재 제조방법 및 그 다공성 소결골재에 관한 것이다.
