The present invention relates to a method for preparing wild ginseng water. The method comprises: a step for mixing 1,000 liters of underground water, 300 g of wild chrysanthemum, 50 g of wild ginseng, and 1 kg of loess, and aging the mixture for 10 days a step for placing 5 kg of charcoal into the aged mixture and deodorizing for 5 days a step for filtering the deodorized mixture and heating the same to 30°C a step for adding 5 liters of herbal liquor (8% alcohol) which is being fermented to the mixture and aging for 2 days and a step for heating the aged mixture to 70°C for sterilization.
