PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement enabling long-term storage without spoiling storability of honey and increased in the quantity of protein per unit weight, while reducing fibers and improved in absorbing efficiency of useful components.SOLUTION: The supplement which is a solid one obtained by admixing honey with powdery food using soybean as raw material at a prescribed ratio is produced by using frozen Tofu powder obtained by pulverizing frozen Tofu as the powdery food, using only honey as the sugar material, making the grain size of the frozen Tofu powder &le3 mm, using 45±5 wt.% of the frozen Tofu powder and 55±5 wt.% of the honey, separately heating each of the frozen Tofu powder and the honey each to have temperature of 25-63°C, kneading the heated frozen Tofu powder and the heated honey, adding 0.001-1 wt.% of yellow hornet essence extracted from yellow hornet to the kneaded mixture and molding the resultant mixture.
