PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a powdery composition having a high yield in the production process of emulsified powder of a functional oily component, and also excellent in transparency after redissolution and a foodstuff composition, cosmetic composition and medicinal composition using the same.
SOLUTION: The powdery composition of the functional oily material is obtained by drying an emulsion composition containing at least one of the functional oily component, and at least one of inclusion agent selected from saccharides containing a galactose unit and fructose unit. The foodstuff composition, cosmetic composition and medicinal composition comprise the powdery composition.
