PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit in which pickling adjustment can be easily ensured when pickles are made and in which vegetables can be pickled without touching rice bran, miso or the like.SOLUTION: In the pickle making kit, a small net bag to put in vegetables is prepared, with vegetables put therein, and with a string (30 cm) attached on top to facilitate takeout from a container. The string in the kit is colored for identification purpose.
