To determine emergency of driving assistance in accordance with the degree of an abnormal condition of a driver and to speedily avoid danger in accordance with the degree of the abnormal condition of the driver.SOLUTION: A control device 10 for a vehicle has a driving assistance mode in which driving of the vehicle is assisted when a driver 13 is in an abnormal condition, and comprises: a posture measuring unit 43 for measuring a driving posture of the driver； an abnormality determination unit 44 and an abnormality level determination unit 47 for determining abnormality and an abnormality level of the driving posture measured by the posture measuring unit 43, on the basis of the driving posture； and a warning generation unit 31 which outputs a warning to the driver 13 during a standby time (t) from the determination of presence of abnormality by the abnormality determination unit 44 to a shift to the driving assistance mode.
