PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether an object person has a mental disease.SOLUTION: A mental disease determination apparatus 400 comprises a brain function activation information providing part 441, a face change information acquisition part 442, a face change information decomposition part 443, a determination component extraction part 444, and a mental disease determination part 445. The brain function activation information providing part 441 provides "emotional stimulation information" which stimulates one or an arbitrary set of the acoustic sense, olfactory sense, gustatory sense, tactile sense, and somatic sensation of an object person 300 to change his or her emotion. The determination component extraction part 444 extracts components related to the emotional stimulation information out of plural components 1, 2, 3, ... obtained from the face change information, as "determination components."
