PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine more properly, success/failure of a cultivation work performed by an agricultural work machine on the basis of images.SOLUTION: There is provided a determination method for determining success/failure of a cultivation work performed by an agricultural work machine, the method is configured to: acquire image data of a farm field in the cultivation work time of the agricultural work machine； convert the image data into binary image data of white and black； determine success/failure of the cultivation work on the basis of a ratio of an area of white or black image data to the whole area of the converted binary image data of white and black； if the ratio of the area of the black image data to the whole area of the converted binary image data of white and black is equal to or greater than a prescribed value, determine that the cultivation work has been performed properly； and if the ratio of the area of white image data to the whole area of the converted binary image data of white and black is less than the prescribed value, determine that the cultivation work has been performed properly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題の一つは、農作業機の耕耘作業の成否を画像により適切に判定することにある。【解決手段】農作業機の耕耘作業の成否を判定する判定方法であって、農作業機の耕耘作業時における圃場の画像データを取得し、画像データを白黒の２値の画像データに変換し、変換された白黒の２値の画像データの全体の面積に対する白または黒の画像データの面積の比率に基づき耕耘作業の成否を判定し、変換された白黒の２値の画像データの全体の面積に対する黒の画像データの面積の比率が所定の値以上となると、耕耘作業が適正に行われたと判定してもよく、変換された白黒の２値の画像データの全体の面積に対する白の画像データの面積の比率が所定の値未満となると、耕耘作業が適正に行われたと判定してもよい。【選択図】図４
