PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water-type emulsified composition containing an amino acid, having smooth touch feeling in use, and also excellent in stability with time.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water-type emulsified composition includes: (A) a D-amino acid or a salt thereof (B) one or more higher fatty acids and (C) a sulfite salt. The pH of this composition is 6.5 or higher.
