PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition excellent in high temperature/low temperature stability and temporal stability, and also excellent in ultraviolet protection effect and feeling in use.SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsified composition includes following components (A) to (C). (A): Rhododendrol represented by general formula (1) or its derivative (in the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, 2-20C acyl group, or a residue of a monosaccharide or a disaccharide).
