PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition which can maintain stable conditions in low velocity over a wide acid region, though it has simple composition, and can be used as skin care preparations and cosmetics.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified composition contains components (A) to (C): (A) polysaccharide produced by alcaligenes microorganisms (B) an oil being liquid or pasty at 25°C and (C) a nonionic surfactant, in which pH at 25°C is 2 to 5.5, and also, viscosity is &le2,000 mPa s.
