PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germanium vapor-deposited sheet excellent in cohesiveness of a substrate sheet with a germanium vapor-deposited layer and water resistance.SOLUTION: In the germanium vapor-deposited sheet, the germanium vapor-deposited layer 20 having a hydrogen atom content of 1-20 atom% is formed on the substrate sheet 10. The germanium vapor-deposited layer can be formed by a plasma chemical vapor growth method with a hydrogenated product of germanium as the source of supply. Since the germanium vapor-deposited film contains hydrogen atoms, the resistance to oxidization deterioration is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】基材シートとゲルマニウム蒸着層との密着性、耐水性に優れるゲルマニウム蒸着シートを提供する。【解決手段】基材シート10に、水素原子含有量が1~20原子%のゲルマニウム蒸着層20が形成されることを特徴とする。前記ゲルマニウム蒸着層は、ゲルマニウムの水素化物を供給源とするプラズマ化学気相成長法によって形成することができる。ゲルマニウム蒸着膜に水素原子が含有されるため、酸化劣化に対する耐性が向上する。【選択図】図1
