PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition excellent in quality stability, in which a smell derived from a processed garlic product is suppressed, or lowering in the content of vitamin B group, vitamin E, or gamma-oryzanol is suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a tablet containing (A) one or more kinds selected from aspartic acid and a salt thereof, and (B-2) cyanocobalamin. It contains 0.0000005 to (480/2400)×0.001 parts by mass of component (B-2) to the total of 1 parts by mass of component (A).
