The method for manufacturing the tablets of ascorbic acid comprises mixing the specified amounts of the sieved ingredients: powdered sugar, stearic acid, glucose, ascorbic acid, and the dried starch. The mixture is stirred to the homogenous mass. The content of ascorbic acid in the mixture is controlled, and the mixture is compressed manufacturing the tablets with mass of 3.000±0.150 g. The stained solution of 10-15 % powdered sugar is prepared. With this aim, first the aqueous colorant solution is made and filtered. In the mixer containing the powdered sugar, the portions of the colorant solutions, 1-3 kg, are added stirring the mixture after addition of each colorant portion. The wet mass is placed onto the metal trays, stacking it by layers of 2-3 cm. The trays are dried in the oven at a temperature of 60-70 °C for 3-4 hours. The dried mass is shredded in granulator with the sieve mesh of 1-2 mm. The humidity of granulate is measured. The dry granulate is reduced to powder and sieved (0.25 mm sieve). Then the flavor is mixed in portions with small amount of glucose. The mixture is added to the blender with the stained powdered sugar. The compression is performed on the rotary tablet press.Способ изготовления таблеток аскорбиновой кислоты заключается в том, что расчетное количество просеянных ингредиентов: сахарной пудры, стеариновой кислоты загружают в смеситель, куда также подают расчетное количество просеянной глюкозы, аскорбиновой кислоты, высушенного крахмала, смесь перемешивают до получения однородной массы, полученную таблеточную массу контролируют на содержание аскорбиновой кислоты и таблетируют, получая таблетки с массой 3,000 ± 0,150 г.
