The present application provides a method for breeding tea plants capable of inhibiting tumor. With the content of basic active components of the tea plants, the tea plants capable of inhibiting tumor are selected using distant hybridization according to the content of total catechins≥22%, wherein the content of EGCG≥12%, the content of catechins C≥2%, the content of ECG≥3.5%, and the content of caffeine≥4.5%. The tea produced can inhibit the growth of several kinds of human tumor cells in vitro.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour lélevage de plantes de thé aptes à inhiber une tumeur. Avec la teneur de constituants actifs basiques des plantes de thé, les plantes de thé aptes à inhiber une tumeur sont sélectionnées à laide dhybridation distante selon la teneur en catéchines totales ≥ 22 %, où la teneur en EGCG ≥ 12 %, la teneur en catéchines C ≥ 2 %, la teneur en ECG, ≥ 3,5 % et la teneur en caféine ≥ 4,5 %. Le thé produit peut inhiber la croissance de plusieurs types de cellules tumorales humaines in vitro.
