The present invention relates to: a stabilized retinol emulsion composition using a catechin (EGCG), in which an unstable retinol is stabilized by filling a retinol within a micelle of a nano- or micro-emulsion using the catechin as a stabilizer； and a method for preparing the same. The present invention comprises the steps of: producing an emulsion using a polymer or an amphipathic block copolymer which can produce a nano- or micro-emulsion； filling a retinol within a micelle； and filling a catechin (EGCG) as a stabilizer within the micelle and then uniformly mixing with the retinol.La présente invention concerne : une composition d'émulsion de rétinol stabilisée utilisant une catéchine (EGCG), dans laquelle un rétinol instable est stabilisé par remplissage d'un rétinol dans une micelle d'une nano-émulsion ou micro-émulsion utilisant la catéchine comme stabilisateur ； et son procédé de préparation.
