The present invention relates to a stabilized retinol emulsion composition using catechin. According to the present invention, unstabilized retinol becomes stabilized by inserting retinol into micelle having a nano-/micro-emulsion form, using catechin (epigallocatechin gallate, EGCG) as a stabilizer.
