PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water making apparatus capable of supplying an electrolyte aqueous solution, of which the concentration is necessary for making electrolytic water, over a long period of time, and a bacteriocidal system equipped therewith.

SOLUTION: The electrolytic water making apparatus is equipped with a water tank 51, an electrolytic unit 52 for electrolyzing the water in the water tank 51 to make electrolytic water, an aqueous solution tank 59 for storing the electrolyte aqueous solution supplied to the water tank 51, an aqueous solution supply pump 61 for supplying the electrolyte aqueous solution to the water tank 51 from the aqueous solution tank 59 and a water supply means 75A for supplying water to the aqueous solution tank 59. The aqueous solution tank 59 is equipped with a filter 39 and divided into one chamber 37, to which water is supplied from the water supply means 75A, and another chamber 38, which communicates with the water supply pump 61, by the filter 39 and one chamber 37 is filled with an electrolyte while the electrolyte aqueous solution is stored in another chamber 38.
