SILICON NANOPARTICLES AND/OR AGGREGATE THEREOF, HYDROGEN GENERATING MATERIAL FOR ORGANISM AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME, AND HYDROGEN WATER AND PRODUCTION METHOD AND PRODUCTION APPARATUS FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen water having a prescribed hydrogen concentration at a low cost, safely, and on site by generating hydrogen by contacting silicon nanoparticles and/or silicon nanoparticles having a portion thereof aggregated with or dispersing the same in water or an aqueous solution.SOLUTION: Hydrogen water having a prescribed and controlled hydrogen concentration in aqueous solution is obtained by generating hydrogen by contacting silicon nanoparticles, or silicon nanoparticles pulverized in ethanol solvent by a bead mill, and/or silicon nanoparticles having a portion thereof aggregated, in which a portion or all of surface silicon oxide film is treated with hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, with or dispersing the same in water or an aqueous solution in a sealed vessel. In the production method of hydrogen water, use of silicon nanoparticles as a starting material enables safe and efficient production of hydrogen water containing dissolved hydrogen in a concentration and amount sufficient for practical use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9bCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】シリコン微細ナノ粒子及び/又はその一部が凝集体となったものを含むものを水又は水溶液中に接触または分散して水素を発生させ、低コストで安全に、オンサイトで所定の水素濃度を有する水素水を得ることは重要である。【解決手段】シリコン微細粒子又はシリコン微細粒子をエタノール溶媒中でビーズミル機により粉砕したシリコン微細ナノ粒子及び/又はその一部が凝集体となったものを含むものを、さらに、過酸化水素水溶液で表面シリコン酸化膜の一部または全部を処理後、密封容器内で水又は水溶液に接触及び/又は該水又は該水溶液中に分散させることにより水素を発生させて、水溶液中に所定の制御された水素濃度を有する水素水を得る。この水素水の製造には、シリコン微細粒子を出発材料として、実用に耐え得る濃度と量の溶存水素を含む水素水を、安全に効率よく製造することが可能である。【選択図】図9b
