PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-generating food product, which achieves stable and persistent supply of hydrogen.SOLUTION: The hydrogen-generating food product includes: a first hydrogen-generating material which reacts with water to generate hydrogen, and a second hydrogen-generating material which generates hydrogen by fermentation.
