Solutions It reacts with the water and acid and the macrolide in the nonaqueous organic solvent system which possesses compatibility. The stability which at description below (a) - (c) is formed the water soluble azaraido antibiotic composition: (A) approximately 7.5 - approximately 40 weight % the azaraidomakuroraido antibiotic or that derivative of density of capacity of the composition, (b) the number of nitrogen bases which exist in azaraido the acid which almost forms the water soluble salt of azaraido of the equimolar quantity, (c) in veterinary medicine or the non water vehicle which has the water and the compatibility which consist of the organic solvent or the solvent blend which on the medicine is allowed.【課題】 アザライド抗生物質等のマクロライドを約40%程度まで含む水溶性医薬組成物。【解決手段】 水と相溶性を有する非水有機溶剤系中で酸とマクロライドとを反応させる。下記(a)~(c)で構成される安定な水溶性アザライド抗生物質組成物:(a)組成物の容量の約7.5~約40重量%濃度のアザライドマクロライド抗生物質またはその誘導体、(b)アザライド中に存在する窒素基の数とほぼ等モル量のアザライドの水溶性塩を形成する酸、(c)獣医学上または医薬上許容される有機溶剤または溶剤混合物からなる水と相溶性のある非水性ビヒクル。
