A mycelial growth promoting temperature of Stropharia hyphal is 4-25°C and can be cultivated in a weakly acidic environment of pH 5.0-7.0, and can be grown in a growth environment with a temperature of 22-28°C, a moisture content of 70-75% of an exposed medium, and a relative humidity of 85-90%. In particular, Stropharia hyphal can grow under sub-zero weather conditions.
