PURPOSE: A greenhouse facility for cultivating organic ginseng, and a cultivation method of the organic ginseng are provided to adjust the quantity of light for preventing diseases on the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A greenhouse facility for cultivating organic ginseng comprises the following: a light shielding unit(10) reducing the light transmission amount to a ginseng cultivation space； a temperature measuring unit(30) measuring the temperature inside the ginseng cultivation space； a temperature controlling unit(40) controlling the temperature inside the ginseng cultivation space； a humidity measuring unit(50) measuring the humidity of the ginseng cultivation space； a humidity controlling unit(60) controlling the humidity of the ginseng cultivation space； a controller(20) controlling the operation of the light shielding unit, and the temperature controlling unit； a water sprayer(41) spraying water to the ginseng cultivation space for decreasing the temperature； and a cold air supplier and a humidifier.본 발명은 유기농 인삼의 재배를 위한 하우스시설 및 유기농 인삼의 재배방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 인삼 재배용 하우스 시설은, 인삼이 재배되는 공간의 빛 투과량을 줄이기 위한 차광수단； 입력된 데이터에 근거하여 인삼이 재배되는 공간의 광량이 인삼의 생육시기에 맞는 설정된 범위 내에 있도록 상기 차광수단의 움직임을 제어하는 제어기를 갖는다. 본 발명의 인삼 재배용 하우스 시설은, 인삼에 가해지는 광량을 인삼의 생육조건에 적합하도록 조절할 수 있어 인삼이 병에 걸리는 것을 방지할 수 있으므로 농약을 살포하지 않고 인삼을 재배할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인삼의 성장이 매우 원활하게 이루어져 고품질의 인삼을 얻을 수 있으며, 재배기간을 단축할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또, 온도조절수단이나 습도조절수단을 통해 인삼의 생육에 접합한 온도나 습도를 제공할 수 있도록 된 경우 인삼이 병에 걸리는 것을 더욱 방지하여 농약 살포 없는 유기농 인삼을 재배할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인삼의 성장이 더욱 원활한 특징이 있다.
