The present invention provides an automatic temperature controlling system for a house. After a change in a temperature in a vinyl house is sensed, a state of opening and closing a window for ventilation and a speed of opening and closing a window are automatically controlled. Thus, a set temperature in a cultivation space of the vinyl house is efficiently maintained. At the same time, an ideal growth environment for crops of cultivation is uniformly composed. The automatic temperature controlling system comprises: a house main body having a cultivation space formed to allow crops to be cultivated therein; a temperature adjusting unit installed on the house main body to be able to rotate, having a ventilation window prepared to be opened and closed at one side surface of a wall in the cultivation space, and connected to one end of the ventilation window, wherein the ventilation window is disposed to be capable of opened and closed in a set trajectory to control a temperature in the cultivation space; a temperature sensing unit installed in the house main body, and measuring and sensing a change in a temperature of the cultivation space; and a temperature controlling unit for setting up temperature and trajectory information in the cultivation space of the house main body, and applying a control signal for opening and closing operations of the temperature adjusting unit according to a sensing signal inputted from the temperature sensing unit.
